To Register: Print the two forms above, fill them out, and drop off with payment ,
checks made payable to "City of Marlborough", at the Marlborough Recreation Department office on Concord Rd.
Forms are also available at the office. Note: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Or, print and fill out the forms and mail with payment to the Marlborough Recreation Department.

Or, print and fill out the forms and bring them with payment to the First Class night, Sept 20
at the Jericho Hill Lodge. Forms will be available.
