To Register: Print the two forms above, fill them out, and drop off with payment , 
ahead of the class or bring to the first night of a session.  Note: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Or, print and fill out the forms and mail with payment to the club: Cross Roads Fencing Center, 267 Maple St Unit I, Marlborough, MA 01752.

Forms will also be available.
